FowlPlay- CSCI 491 Final Game Project
Producer, Jan-May 2008

Spring 2008 was my 3rd semester in USC's GamePipe program, and in the class CSCI 491- Final Games Project, students come up with their own game concepts and then develop fully playable prototypes to present to game industry representatives at Demo Day in May. The game is rendered in the OGRE game engine.
I served as producer and art director for this game, leading a team of 5 programmers, 6 3D artists, and 5 musicians from USC's Thornton School of music to develop the game from concept to playable demo in 16 weeks.
Premise:
A sandbox/ adventure game where you play as a pigeon coming-of-age in a peaceful suburb. Learn to find or steal food, make friends, ingest foreign substances from trash cans, find love, and above all, leave your mark on the world by depositing various droppings onto the world below. The game culminates in an epic battle between you and a homeless man competing for your food resources, where you use the life skills you've learned throughout the game to establish yourself as master markspigeon.
