USC Vanguards Breakdancing Crew- Hoodie and Shirt Uniform

Vanguards Crew is the up and coming breakdancing and funk dance styles crew at USC. I'm a pseudo member, beginner b-girl, but mainly groupie I guess :) There's a never a dull moment when sessioning with these guys.

 

So when they asked me to design their hoodie/ shirt for them, I gladly took up the offer. The idea of "Vanguards" is "soldiers on the front line" kind of feel, militant, grungy, urban. So I came up with this design, along the vector-y trend that's still going on right now, putting in a soldier, a samurai, turntables, and lots of grungy stuff. Can't wait till they're done printing!
